- Customers with Bilateral Metering will be assigned to the RR-2 Credit Rider in conjunction with their current electric rate schedule. The RR-2 Credit Rider is available in conjunction with ER-1 Residential Service Electric Rate Schedule, EG-1 Small General Service Electric Rate Schedule, or EG-2 Medium General Service Electric Rate Schedule.
