Such requests should be made no later than the day prior to the Board meeting. Commissioners will then consider adding a Public Comment period at the beginning of the meeting. Speakers during the Public Comment period will be provided up to three (3) minutes each to address the Board and such comments must pertain to topics and issues that are within the purview of the GUC Board of Commissioners.
