Todd Cannon was appointed Director of Information Technology in 2026. He came to GUC in 2008 as a GIS Application Developer and has served in a wide range of roles, including Systems Analyst, Senior Server/Security Analyst, IT Manager, and Assistant Director of Information Technology.
Prior to joining GUC, Todd worked in the development of control systems software for the US Navy and NACCO Materials Handling Group, Inc. He holds a BS in Computer Science from East Carolina University and a Master of Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
