Colleen Sicley

Colleen Sicley became Director of Customer Relations in May of 2026.  She joined GUC in 2016 as a Customer Service Supervisor and has held several roles of increasing responsibility, including overseeing Billing, Revenue Protection, Customer Representatives at the Main and Express Offices, and the Call Center. Colleen was promoted to the position of Assistant Director of Customer Relations in 2021.  Prior to joining GUC, Colleen worked for more than 10 years in several customer-focused positions at the City of Greenville.  

Colleen earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Master of Science in Political Science from Suffolk University. She completed the American Public Power Association’s Customer Service Management Certificate Program and has participated in the Parent Engagement Program at Pitt County Schools.
