Greenville Utilities is conducting a survey of all our customers as part of its strategic plan update, and we are asking our customers to weigh in with their feedback.
Each customer is asked to provide us with their thoughts on how GUC is doing in providing utility services and what they would like to see from GUC in the coming years. The survey is intended to capture one set of responses per household.
It is a short survey – taking less than five minutes to complete – and will supply us with suggestions on how to better serve our community in years to come.
GUC is a not-for-profit, community owned utility that works in the best interest of our community, not shareholders. Your input is appreciated!
The survey will be “live” February 9 – March 9, 2026.
