We understand the postal service is reporting historic delays in mail delivery. We are taking steps to make sure accounts will not be negatively impacted, but we encourage all GUC customers to manage or check out their account here. You can access it any time, any day, from anywhere you have internet service.
Travelling Outside the US?
Keeping our systems safe from cyber attacks is a high priority for GUC. As a security measure to keep your information safe, our IT Department has adopted a policy that restricts account access from certain countries.
At this time, we allow account access from the following countries:
- The United States
- The United Kingdom
- The Netherlands
If you are travelling to a country not listed, you will not be able to log into your GUC account to pay your bill. We recommend you use your bank’s bill pay option or pay with a credit card by calling 1-844-254-0908. Please note there is a convenience fee for this service. More details
