COVID-19 Response

Our customer service areas are closed until further notice. There are several ways for customers to continue to take care of business. 
 

GUC is suspending all disconnections due to non-payment until July 29 and will be working with customers who need help with payment arrangements on an individual basis. Governor Cooper has extended his Executive Order #124 through July 29th (Executive Order 142) 
 
Customers who need help with a payment arrangement can do one of the following:
  • Fill out this form to request assistance
  • Email us at pay@guc.com, or
  • Call  252-752-7166 to speak with a Customer Service Representative about their specific situation.

Businesses that have been shut down and are planning to reopen should flush their water pipes before reopening.
