Greenville Utilities is currently seeking bids, proposals or quotes for the item(s) or services identified in the table below.

Prospective bidders may download a bid package by clicking on a bid title in the table below. Bids cannot be submitted online. You must have Adobe Reader to view and print bids. If you don't have Reader, you can download it for free from Adobe's website (www.adobe.com).

Instructions for submitting bids, proposals or quotes to Greenville Utilities are outlined in the bid package. Bidders are asked to inform us of their intention to respond to a bid, proposal or quote by sending an email to: davenplj@guc.com or calling 252-551-1498.

Please include in your email the bid number, your company name, mailing address, email address, telephone & fax numbers and name of the contact person.

Deadline for submitting bids, proposals or quotes are included in the bid package and must be strictly adhered to. If bid addenda are issued, they will be posted to the web site. Each addendum will be identified by the bid number followed by a letter (i.e. 02-1a, 02-1b, etc.) Bidders are urged to check the Revised Date in the Dates column below prior to submitting a bid response to assure they have obtained all addenda that may have been issued for the bid package. Bid addenda should be acknowledged and included with the bid response.

Greenville Utilities reserves the right to cancel any bid without notice anytime up to and including the date and time identified as the deadline for receiving bids.
