At Local Banks The following local banks accept GUC payments.  Please bring the entire bill and pay before the due date.    Wachovia    BB&T    RBC Centura    East Carolina Bank Credit and Debit Card By Phone Make current and past due bill payments by phone Monday through Friday. A dedicated toll-free telephone number with automated technology is available 24-hours-a-day. Call 1-800-722-8203. Telephone representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. A convenience-handling fee is charged for this service. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club are accepted. All credit and debit card payments are handled by NCO Financial Services. NCO charges a convenience fee of $3.95 per payment up to $500. For amounts over $500, a $3.95 charge will apply to each $500 increment.  Please be aware that Greenville Utilities does not receive any of the convenience fees charged by NCO. These are merchant fees charged by banks to help defray the transaction processing costs along with the costs of extending credit. At Our Main Office or GUC Express Greenville Utilities' Main Office, 401 South Greene Street or GUC Express, our satellite office, 509 SE Greenville Boulevard Inside or Drive-Thru Window -- Please bring entire bill. Drop Box -- After normal operating hours, Drop Boxes are available at both locations. At the Main Office, the Drop Box is  located on the Washington Street side of the building. At GUC Express, the Drop Box is located near the front entrance. Please do not put place cash in either Drop Box.
