Customer Service Representatives are available to help you on the telephone weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. – just dial 752-7166. 

In Person
We have two branch locations to serve you in person:

• GUC Express is located at 509 SE Greenville Blvd.
  • Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you weekdays, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. GUC Express also has a drive thru for your convenience during business hours and a drop box for payments made after hours.
    
    
•  The Main Office is located at 401 S. Greene Street in uptown Greenville.
  • The Main Office has Customer Service Representatives ready to assist you on weekdays from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The Main Office also offers a drive-thru window on weekdays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and a drop box for after-hours payments. 

On the Internet
You can also manage your account right here on our website.  Just click on My Account to pay your bill or update your account information.  You can even initiate new service or make changes to your existing services – all with a click of your mouse. 

Emergencies
Our Control Center is maintained 24-hours a day, seven-days-week. Whenever you call, you will get the help you need.
