With eBill, you have the option of receiving your bill via email instead of, or in addition to, the bill you receive in the mail. Customers who use eBill will receive an email letting them know that their bill is ready, with a link to the payment section of our website. This service offers you a convenient, flexible way to receive and pay your bill that is also environmentally-friendly.

Signing up for eBill is easy! When you access your account online, you will be able to choose how you receive you bill:

• Electronic notification only
• Electronic notification and paper bill
• Paper bill only (the default option)

eBill joins GUC’s other online options – bill paying, checking on your usage and account histories, applying for new services, and changing or disconnecting services. All you need to get started is your account number.
