Priority Customers

GUC's Priority Customer Program identifies customers who use life support equipment at their residences. These customers are provided special consideration in the event of power outages or during routine maintenance of electric service lines. During power outage situations beyond Greenville Utilities' control (hurricanes, ice storms, etc.), we recommend that priority customers have alternate plans for continuing life support treatment.

Those with special needs may register for shelters and other resources through The REAL Crisis Center.  Just call 758-REAL (4357) for details.
