In June 2004, GUC developed a new strategic management system, using the Balanced Scorecard as a framework. Our Balanced Scorecard ensures that we’re working on the right things, and that we’re doing the right things the best way possible. Essentially, the Balanced Scorecard is a roadmap for greater success for GUC, our employees, and the communities we serve.
The Balanced Scorecard reflects the combined efforts of a cross-section of employees representing all departments at GUC. Working together, we have developed GUC’s vision, mission, values, objectives, strategy maps, initiatives and performance measures.
